So I've been experimenting with finding the perfect high protein snack ball, (not too sticky not too dry..), and Yay!!! Say hello to high protein peanut butter choc bombs😁. Super easy BTW..so if you're looking for some healthy high protein yumminess...this recipe is for you💕
Peanut butter choc bombs
◦ 1.5 cups of rolled oats
◦ 2 scoops (60 gr) vanilla whey
protein powder
◦ 1 cup peanut butter
•. 1/4 cup honey
◦ 1 Tbl dark choc chips (opt)
◦ 1 tsp vanilla essence
◦ 1 - 2 Tbl coconut oil (melted)
Method:
◦ Place rolled oats in food processor
and mix for a few seconds
◦ Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined (30 sec)
◦ Roll 25 gr balls by hand
◦ Dip in dark chocolate
Ps: If you don't have a food processor handy, just chuck it all in a bowl and mix by hand. Texture will be different, but still delectably good😁
