ADMIN & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT POSITION AVAILABLE
Location: Hennopspark, Centurion
Company: Crafty Cultures
Crafty Cultures is looking for a reliable, highly organised Admin & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our growing business and deliver excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing daily administrative and operational tasks
2. Processing and managing online sales orders
3. Basic accounting and admin support
4. Purchasing sundries and managing stock-related admin
5. Assisting with production planning and coordination
6. Liaising with clients and delivering excellent customer service
7. General office administration and proactive problem-solving
Requirements:
1. Strong admin and organisational skills
2. Friendly, professional, client-focused personality
3. Confident communicator (written and verbal)
4. Able to work independently and take initiative
5. Own reliable transport preferred
6. Able to work from Hennopspark, Centurion
7. Advantageous
8. Accounting knowledge (XERO software)
9. Excel proficiency
10. Small business experience
Type: Full-time
Hours: Mon–Thu | 08:00–16:30. Fri: 08:00–15:00.
Salary: R12,000 – R16,000 (negotiable based on experience)
