🌳 THE BLUE GUM BAR & GRILL — EAST MEETS WOOD-FIRED!🌳 🍕🍛

We've done something a little bit brilliant, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We've teamed up with our good friends at Bawas — Chartwell's home of authentic Punjabi cuisine — and between us, we've created two wood-fired pizzas that nobody asked for but absolutely everyone needs. 🙌

A little about the magic behind the flavours...
Punjabi cooking is the soul of North Indian cuisine. Bold, generous, deeply aromatic — it's a cuisine built on slow-cooked sauces, hand-ground spices, and recipes passed down through generations. Think smoky tandoor ovens, rich tomato-based gravies, warming spices like cumin, cardamom, garam masala and fenugreek, finished with cream and butter until everything is gloriously, outrageously good. Bawas have been doing this the authentic way, and now those incredible flavours have found a new home — on our wood-fired pizza base. 🔥

🍕 BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA
Everything you love about a classic Butter Chicken — tender, slow-cooked chicken in that iconic rich, velvety tomato and butter sauce, fragrant with warm spice — spread generously over our wood-fired base and finished with melted cheese and fresh coriander. Creamy. Smoky. Completely addictive. This one is going to break the internet. 🧡

🍕 CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA PIZZA
Tender marinated chicken tikka, bold and smoky from the marinade, sitting in a deeply spiced tomato cream sauce with aromatic masala, red onion, peppers and fresh coriander — all on our signature wood-fired base. Every bite is a proper flavour journey!
