We usually have Frittatas every sunday (New tradition, since I came back home) for brunch. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do :*
Cheesy Frittata
2 spring onions, ends trimmed off
4TBsp frozen peas, defrosted
1 baby marrow, halved with the ends cut off
2 slices of ham
100g feta cheese
4 eggs
1) Switch oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Chop up sring onions and put them in a bowl. Add peas.
2) Grate baby marrow, one half at a time and also put in a bowl. Chop Ham and add it into the bowl.
3)Break feta cheese using your hands, adding it to the other ingredients.
4)Whisk eggs in a separate bowl, and mix it with other ingredients.
5) Butter an oven proof dish and pour the mixture in. Bake for 30min or until the egg is set. Serve with a salad and fresh bread.
