akes visited Durban and the Real Meal Revolution book was launched. Loafers were constantly asked by customers to make and supply “Banting”/low carb bread and other products. Knowing nothing about the diet or lifestyle and its cooking methods, we set about learning. The next chapter in our lives began. We now have a loafers central kitchen where all the food is made and prepared and brought across to our Loafers Low Carb superstore in Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Durban north. Here we sell our own range and many other low carb ranges and labels and offer customers a one-stop low carb shop. We also now supply lots of other shops and outlets around the country and our growing market is the testimony to the success of low carb living.
