Office Assistant

U Save SA Distributors, an independent fresh produce distribution company, is looking for a dynamic Office Assistant to join our office team.

Start date: Immediate

Duties include:
• All the general office administration.
• Answering and directing emails to correct departments.
• Check invoices and cash up delivery drivers on return to office.
• Manage petty cash.
• Provide admin assistance to telesales, accounts and operations departments.
• Filing and Archiving.

Qualifications, experience and skill requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Fully computer literate and experienced in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Be organised and punctual.
• Confidentiality is required.

Working Terms:
45 hours per week
7.30am – 16.30pm Monday to Friday
8.30am – 1.30pm Saturday

Renumerations:
Negotiable on interview based on qualifications, experience and skill.

GRV / PRICING CLERK

U Save SA Distributors , an independent fresh produce distribution company, is looking to hire a
GRV & Pricing Clerk.

Start date: Immediate

Duties include:

• Creating Purchase Orders and placing orders timeously with suppliers.
• GRV of incoming stock – while checking against PO and ensuring all is correct.
• Maintaining Cost Pricing on the management system.
• Updating and Maintenance of pricelists according to latest cost pricing.
• Balancing Fresh Produce Market Card Accounts.
• Processing of counted stock takes.
• Stock file Management and Oversight.
• General office duties related to this position.

Qualifications, experience and skill requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
• Fully computer literate and experienced in Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of cost accounting.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to manage time to work to deadlines required by suppliers.

Working Terms:
45 hours per week
7.30am – 16.30pm Monday to Friday
7.30am – 12.30pm Saturday
