A spooky-sweet showstopper: Mini Pumpkin Brûlée! 🎃🍮
Hollow out mini pumpkins, blend the flesh with creamy ingredients, chill, then brûlée the top for that perfect crackle. ✨
Here’s how:
1️⃣ Slice the tops off mini pumpkins & hollow them out, saving the pumpkin flesh.
2️⃣ In a blender, combine the pumpkin pulp, soaked cashews, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg & a pinch of salt. Blend until silky smooth.
3️⃣ Spoon the mixture back into the pumpkin shells & let them chill in the fridge until set.
4️⃣ When ready to serve, sprinkle sugar evenly over the top & broil (or torch) for 1–2 minutes until caramelised & crisp!
The best part? The pumpkins double as both dessert and decoration!
