HOW TO BOOK A STALL AT A POP-UP TEAM EVENT

Thinking about joining us as a vendor? Here’s everything you need to know! 🛍️

Whether you’re a small business, creative, foodie, maker or local brand, we’d love to hear from you. 💛

✨ STEP 1 - FIND YOUR MARKET
Browse our upcoming markets and choose the one that feels right for your brand. Different locations, themes and audiences mean there’s something for everyone!

📧 STEP 2 — EMAIL US
Send an email to [email protected] with:
• The market name & date
• Images of your products
• A full description of everything you’d like to sell

📝 STEP 3 - WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
Stalls are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We do our best not to double up on food-related stalls, so make sure you get your application in early!

💳 STEP 4 - COMPLETE PAYMENT
Once your application has been accepted, you’ll receive the payment details. Your stall is only officially secured once payment has been received and your proof of payment has been sent through.

Eight years of bringing people together through markets, supporting small businesses, celebrating local talent and creating spaces where communities can connect. 🧡

Since 2018, The Pop-Up Team has had the privilege of creating countless market days filled with incredible local businesses, talented makers, delicious food, beautiful products and, most importantly, people coming together to shop, support and connect. 💚

Our markets have always been about more than simply setting up stalls. They’re about giving small businesses a platform, helping new brands get seen, creating opportunities, encouraging people to shop local and building a community around the businesses that make our city so special. 🩷

We’re incredibly proud to have reached 8 years and so grateful to every vendor, customer, venue, supporter and small business who has been part of the journey. 💛

Thank you for showing up, supporting local, and continuing to make every market something special.
