🍌Banana Cream Pie🍌

DIFFICULTY Easy | PREP TIME 10 minutes | SERVES 6-8

🍌Recipe Ingredients
2 big SPAR freshline Swiss rolls
SPAR milk, for drizzling
6 – 8 SPAR freshline bananas
1 litre SPAR vanilla-flavoured custard
500 ml ( 2 cups) SPAR fresh cream
2 chocolate flakes

🥄Recipe Method
- Slice the Swiss rolls as you would a loaf of bread and pack the slices tightly next to each other in a large, shallow dish.
- Pour the milk over the Swiss roll slices to moisten them.
- Cut the bananas lengthwise into slices and place over the Swiss roll slices.
- Pour over the entire litre of custard over the bananas.
- Beat the cream until it starts to thicken and pour over the custard.
- Sprinkle the flakes on top of the cream and leave in the fridge for about half an hour before serving.
