Some mornings just call for something warm, hearty and seriously satisfying. 🌯

This Beef Sausage Breakfast Wrap with Herbed Yoghurt is one of those easy breakfasts that feels a little more special without needing a lot of effort. Packed with our Pure Beef Breakfast Sausage, fluffy eggs and a creamy herbed yoghurt sauce — it’s the kind of breakfast you’ll want to make again and again.

Here’s how to make it 👇

INGREDIENTS:
• Tresley's Pure Beef Breakfast Sausage
• 1 wrap or tortilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
• Optional: fresh herbs (parsley or chives)

METHOD:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the beef sausage until browned and full of flavour.
2️⃣ In the same pan, gently scramble the eggs and season to taste.
3️⃣ Mix the yoghurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
4️⃣ Warm the wrap slightly, then fill with the sausage and eggs.
5️⃣ Drizzle over the yoghurt sauce and fold tightly.

✨ A little fresh herb or chilli on top takes it to another level.

🔥 FLAME-GRILLED PICANHA WITH CHIMICHURRI 🔥

Juicy, smoky and bursting with flavour — this is steak done the right way. Perfect for the braai, the grill, or a weekend dinner done properly. 🥩

INGREDIENTS:

• Tresley’s Picanha
• 1 tbsp coarse salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Chimichurri:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
• Handful fresh parsley (chopped)
• Salt & black pepper

METHOD:

1️⃣ Slice the picanha into thick strips, keeping the fat cap intact.
2️⃣ Rub with olive oil and season generously with coarse salt.
3️⃣ Grill over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until beautifully charred and juicy.
4️⃣ Rest the meat for 5 minutes before slicing.
5️⃣ Mix all chimichurri ingredients together.
6️⃣ Slice against the grain and serve with chimichurri spooned over.

✨ Serving Tip:
Serve with roasted potatoes or a simple salad to let the picanha remain the star.
