Tail = ±30%–40% of total weight:
• 200g crayfish → ±50g -70g tail
• 300g crayfish → ±80g -100g tail
• 400g crayfish → ±120g–160g tail
• 600g crayfish → ±180g–240g tail
• 800g crayfish → ±240g–320g tail
