BUSHPIG Braai cuts AND Stew available at:

RECIPY
• 1 kg Bushpig stew
• 500 g Chopped tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
• 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
• 2 Beefstock blocks or power

Cooking Instructions:
• Add salt to Bushpig Stew
• Pour hot Water on it to cover it
• Leave for 5-7mins
• Drain water off
• Season and cook with 3 cups of water,cook for 7mins,set aside
• Heat up oil, add tomatoes puree, stir in on med heat
• Now add all ingredients, including meat and stock, stir well and bring to boil
• You may add water to your desired consistency, taste to adjust with salt and any spice of choice when it boils.
• You may also add any vegetables.
• Cook for 20 minutes or as desired softness

Enjoy with pap, rice, samp, mush potato or bread
