On Sunday I was up at 3am rolling out a proper grab & go breakfast 🌿 — brioche buns from , packed with scrambled eggs from pasture-raised hens, cheddar cheese from and homemade chimmichuri, roasted mushrooms & streaky bacon, Breakfast bowls with roasted tomatoes & veg added for a gluten free option too!

Street food vibes but made with the good stuff only! simple, hearty, and all about keeping it wholesome after a big celebration 🥳🍳🍔

I make these with Gideon Milling stone-ground flour, Veldt-reared, pasture-raised eggs, and a sprinkle of mineral-rich Atlantic sea salt. Nothing artificial, nothing unnecessary, just the best ingredients I can get my hands on 😉

Frozen for convenience, but full of handmade goodness 👌🏽
