**Creamy Garlic-Paprika Shrimp Skillet**
🍤🧄🍤🍤🍚🍤
Looking for a delicious and easy weeknight dinner? This Creamy Garlic-Paprika Shrimp Skillet is perfect! It's packed with flavor, requires minimal cleanup, and is gentle on the joints (no chopping marathon required!).

**Ingredients:**

* 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined from Seafood Market
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 4 cloves garlic, minced (or use pre-minced for extra ease!)
* 1 tbsp sweet paprika
* 1/2 tsp dried oregano
* 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a little kick – omit if you prefer mild)
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream (for a dairy-free option)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
* Cooked rice or crusty bread, for serving

**Instructions:**

1. **Sauté the garlic:** Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
2. **Spice it up:** Stir in the paprika, oregano, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
3. **Add the shrimp:** Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
4. **Creamy finish:** Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream (or coconut cream). Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or untill the sauce has slightly thickened.
5. **Season and serve:** Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately over cooked rice or with crusty bread for dipping.

Enjoy this simple yet flavourful dish!

🍲 Thai Coconut Prawn Soup perfect for a cold winters lunch or supper 🦐🌴 🥥

Ingredients:

500g of prawns🦐, peeled and deveined from Seafood Market
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk lemongrass, smashed
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
2 Thai bird’s eye chillies, sliced
1 can coconut milk
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
