Since we have sold over 400 bottles in the last 90 days . We NEED to talk about one of the most important parts of a deeper cleanse: binder support. is a strong whole-herb cleanse-support tincture made with bitter herbs, warming herbs, digestive herbs, respiratory herbs, liver-supportive herbs, immune-supportive herbs, and traditional cleansing botanicals. When doing a deeper cleanse, it is not just about stirring things up in the body. It is also about helping the body move things out.
Binders are used during cleanse routines to help support the gut and the body’s natural elimination pathways. When people do deeper cleansing without enough water, regular bowel movements, minerals, rest, and binder support, they may feel rough. This can look like headaches, nausea, fatigue, bloating, constipation, body aches, skin flare-ups, or just feeling “off.” We are not saying everyone will feel bad without a binder, but we do believe binder support is a very important part of doing a deeper cleanse responsibly.
The biggest thing to remember is that binders bind. That means they may help bind unwanted material in the gut, but they may also bind herbs, supplements, nutrients, and medications. Because of that, binders should always be taken away from HerbalMectin, food, supplements, and medications.
Our first binder option is activated charcoal. This is our strongest binder option and the one we recommend most often for occasional deeper cleanse support. Suggested use is 500 mg activated charcoal with a full glass of water. Take it at least 1 to 3 hours max away from HerbalMectin, food, supplements, and medications. Bedtime is often the easiest time, as long as you are not taking bedtime medications. Do not take activated charcoal at the same time as HerbalMectin because it may bind the herbs and reduce what your body receives from the tincture. Activated charcoal may darken stool and may cause constipation in some people. If you are already constipated, do not keep adding charcoal. Support bowel movement first.
Our second binder option is modified citrus pectin. This is a gentler binder option for people who do not want something as strong as charcoal. Suggested use is to start with 2.5 grams once daily mixed into water. If tolerated, you may increase to 5 grams once daily. Take modified citrus pectin at least 2 hours away from HerbalMectin, food, supplements, and medications. This can be a good gentle daily binder option during a cleanse. Some people may notice gas, loose stool, or stomach discomfort if they take too much too fast, so start low and listen to your body.
Our third binder option is psyllium husk. Psyllium is a fiber-based binder and bowel-movement support option. During a deeper cleanse, keeping the bowels moving is extremely important. If the body is not eliminating well, people often feel more sluggish, bloated, nauseous, or backed up. Suggested use is 1 rounded teaspoon mixed into at least 12 to 16 ounces of water. Stir and drink right away before it thickens. Take psyllium at least 2 hours away from HerbalMectin, supplements, and medications. Do not take psyllium dry. It needs plenty of water because it expands, and we recommend drinking extra water afterward.
A simple way to use HerbalMectin with a binder is to take HerbalMectin in the morning as directed, take your binder of choice midday or afternoon away from food, herbs, supplements, and medications, and then take HerbalMectin again in the evening as directed. Activated charcoal can also be used at bedtime if it is far enough away from food, herbs, supplements, and medications. Do not take all three binders at once. Choose the binder that fits your body best.
Choose activated charcoal for stronger occasional binder support. Choose modified citrus pectin for a gentler daily binder. Choose psyllium husk if your main goal is keeping the bowels moving. A cleanse is not just about what you take. It is about making sure the body has a clear exit route. Drink water, support minerals, keep the bowels moving, rest, and listen to your body.
If you take prescription medications, are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, are giving this to a child, or are unsure what is safe for you, please talk with a qualified healthcare provider before using HerbalMectin or binders. If you feel severely sick, have ongoing vomiting, severe stomach pain, signs of dehydration, blood in the stool, fever, chest pain, trouble breathing, or symptoms that concern you, stop the cleanse and seek medical care.
HerbalMectin is not Ivermectin. It is not a pharmaceutical drug. It is a traditional whole-herb cleanse-support tincture made right here at the farm.
Small batch. Farm made. Whole herb. Responsible cleanse support.
