Dave Clarke sent us this delicious looking leg of lamb he did for Christmas last year with his homemade marinde: shawarma spice kaleidoscope of sumac, green and black cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, fennel, smoked paprika, black pepper, star anise, kashmir chilli, ginger powder, cumin, coriander, origanum, fresh rosemary, lots of lemon juice and olive oil with some white wine vinegar - we cant wait to try it thanks Dave! π₯
