HAPPY 21st

We had so much fun making this Deep Rich Chocolate Cake for a 21st 🍫 🍰

The top tier is coated in fudge chocolate icing while the two bottom tiers have a chocolate butter cream icing, with a caramel icing centre between all the layers.

Printing done on sugar paper.

Just delicious chocolate everywhere ❤️‍🔥

Umzumbe wedding with stunning sea 🌊view

Some pre-pic of set up for an absolutely stunning wedding that we did in Umzumbe.

We have most fun doing catering as no decor is ever the same, and we are able to use our decor skills according to clients request 🌸

On the menu was;

Canapé grazing board 🧀
Prawn curry cocktail rolls (slow cooked in Coconut cream) 🍤
Smoked salmon crumpets with cream cheese & chives
Mini pizzas 🍕
Mini fish cakes with tartar & sweet chilli dip
Crumbed mushrooms with tartar sauce 🍄‍🟫
Veg & meatball wraps
Spinach & feta triangles in phyllo pastry 🥐
Beef sausage rolls 🥧
Peppermint crisp tartlets

A platter of fresh sushi 🍣

And Carrot muffins as a main theme. Our clients opted for the cupcake route instead of a cake, which has been quite popular in wedding catering.
