Chicken curry
BRAISED CHICKEN
500 grams check
1 onion
3 of each cinnamon stick, bay leaves, star aneese, elachi, cloves
1 and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric power
2 tbsp Bombay and kashmiri masala hot 🔥
1 stem curry leaves
2 grated tomatoes
Salt to taste
METHOD
In a pot add oil and fry onions with whole spices till golden brown. Add ginger garlic and braise for a minute. Add turmeric powder and masala and stir. Add tomatoes and curry leaves and stir. Add chicken and salt to taste and cook on medium heat adding a little water at a time if necessary. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with Dynia and serve 😋🔥

Delicious Fish roe curry
FISH ROES CURRY WITH TAMARIND
500 grams fish roes boil with turmeric and salt to taste. Drain well
1 onion
1 tsp ginger garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric power
1 and 1/2 tbsp crab and fish curry masala
1 tbsp Bombay and kashmiri hot masala
1 stem curry leaves
5 large jam tomatoes grated
Salt to taste
1 heaped tsp concentrated tamarind paste
Dhynia to garnish
METHOD
in a pot add oil and fry onions till golden brown. Add ginger garlic and braise for a minute. Add turmeric and masala's and stir. Add tomatoes and curry leaves and salt to taste and cook on medium to low heat for 10 minutes. Add tamarind paste and 1/4 cup water and cook for 5 minutes. Add fish roes and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with Dynia and serve
Please note; you can add a tsp of sugar to your preference. 😋🔥
