We have been experiencing water crisis which delays our production and worst part we don't have rain.

They say an early bird catches the fattest worm but in this reality it seems impossible, our taps are dry from the wee hours of the morning.
Farming is not for the faint hearted, we keep our heads up and face the challenges and pray to the Almighty God to bless us with rain

Today we harvested our fresh Ginger from our very own garden!

Ginger is not just delicious it's full of nutrients that benefits gastrointestinal motility.

Eating ginger encourages efficient digestion, so food won't stay long in the gut, it eliminates flu/cold, lowers blood sugars, keep your mouth healthy, soothes sore muscles, reduces cancer growth

Since it's winter season make it a habit to drink atleast 2cups of boiled ginger and lemon to keep colds away!

Harvesting the fruits of our labour 🌽😄

The fresh corn is harvested from our backyard garden which came with challenges, rats ate some of our corn!
We then decided to put on plastic bottles to prevent rats from feasting. 😂 In this field you have to always think out of the box otherwise you won't WIN

Our beautiful fresh pumpkins are so delicious and soft...I bet you can imagine the taste 😋 so yum!

There are no excuses for not eating fresh vegetation, plant in whatever space you have, it doesn't matter
