Hi Store Managers/Buyers

We have been getting several reports, both from customers and stores, of stock running out of the Planet Lowcarb products as a result of panic buying.

We are doing our best to ramp up production and delivery to ensure stock gets to stores as fast as possible and make sure customers are not unnecessarily inconvenienced.

We are however also being affected by the fallout from the disruptions the looting and violence is causing. It has affected both our ability to source certain raw materials and specifically how long it takes to get delivery of those products. Secondly our distribution system is also affected by looting hotspots.

If you urgently need stock for your store, place your order before 12h00 on Thursday 15th July and we will try our best to deliver the order on Friday or Saturday this week.

Additionally, to ensure stores get sufficient stock for next week we recommend orders be placed as early as possible for next week and we suggest stores order double their usual amount.
