Wicked Cacao specializes in artisanal, handmade truffles, fudge, bon bons, and more. We use 65%, locally made couverture chocolate. A word often associated with chocolate is "guilt", as if the mere act itself of eating chocolate is sinful. The want of a truffle starts out innocent enough but can very quickly become consuming and I think there’s something to be said for that. Chocolate has even bee

n known as the food of the devil at times, although the theological basis of this claim is obscure at best. Wicked Cacao plays off of all this in the most fantastical and delicious of ways.
