Fama Delicatessen Products was started in 1987 by Roberto. Prior to opening the factory in Johannesburg, Roberto spent three years between Italy and Spain gathering information about traditional methods of processing and curing of meats. These methods, processes and the vast amonunt of experience have now been passed on to Nuno and Carla, the new generation at Fama. Nuno and Carla have a passion f
