MECHANICS:
1. The contest is open to all youth’s ages 16-40 years old.
2. Piece must be original. It shall be written in tagalog only.
3. Each contestant will be given 3-5 minutes to deliver his/her piece.
4. For entry, there will be ₱250 registration fee.
