Advanced Adherence Counselling: Personalized one-on-one counselling for individuals with high viral loads, addressing treatment barriers and promoting medication adherence for viral suppression.
Targeted Support for Men: Community-based outreach focusing on men facing challenges in accessing clinic services, promoting HIV testing, treatment, and care uptake.
Youth-Friendly Services: Specialized counselling and support tailored to the needs of children and youth living with HIV, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Linkage to Care Services: Facilitation of access to comprehensive healthcare via referrals, accompaniment to appointments, support for ART initiation, and linkage to social services such as food support and psychosocial counselling.
