IRON!!!
Iron is one of, if not the most important element in your body. Iron, like every element, comes in 2 forms. One for is the oxide form which is the iron you find in the soil and use to make metal tools, sculptures etc. The other form is the liquid form that is found ONLY in natural/indigenous plants or trees. Iron, in the human body, is found in the blood/haemoglobin. Iron is magnetic and thus has a tendency of pulling other elements to it so that they can be transported throughout the body where they are needed. The lack of iron in the body will cause many deadly dis-eases as your ability to carry oxygen and other minerals is stripped away. Signs that you lack iron include: chronic fatigue, weakness, pale skin, fast heart beat and shortness of breath, dizziness, cold hands and feet, inflammation and soreness of tongue, brittle nails, poor appetite, inability to maintain an erection(for males), swollen ankles and more. In todays society, where unhealthy lifestyle is a norm, women are most iron deficient because they now hemorrhage every month and school and mainstream medical information teach us that this is normal but its not.
