Starting this week in France - Grilled Ribeye (Faux-Filet) topped with a Sauce au Poivre (Creamy Pepper & Brandy Sauce) Camembert Cheese and French Chives on a Bed of Hand Cut Beef Tallow Fries.

Check out this aromatic spice blend for your next lamb dish! The combination of spices are packed full of flavor and aromas that go beautifully with the earthy tones of a large lamb joint. Try it with a shoulder, leg or shank!

In this recipe we used it in a slow cooked method for pulled lamb, cooked with sweet potatoes and carrots, which then became the base of a Shepherd's Pie.
