🌭 Cheesy Bacon & Russian Skillet Bites
Ingredients:
Frey’s Continental Russian Long
Unico Catering Bacon
Oil or butter for frying
Optional: onion, BBQ sauce, mustard, cheese
Method:
1. Slice the Frey’s Continental Russian Long into thick rounds.
2. Cut the Unico Catering Bacon into strips and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the sliced Russian and pan-fry until golden and slightly crisp on the edges.
4. Add the crispy bacon back into the pan and mix together.
5. Optional: drizzle with BBQ sauce or mustard and top with melted cheese for extra flavour.
6. Serve hot as a snack, side dish, or in a roll.
