Because people are searching for more healthier food we started doing research on the benefits of heathier food. We also discovered farmers get exploited by getting paid the minimum for there maximum efforts. And customers get ripped-off for paying maximum prices for below standard so called products. To supply
heathier meat and products to our customers at a more affordable price. But also creating a market for the local farmers. SAMIC will audit the farmers and Butchery at a regular basis to insure products are up to standard. Our products will consisted of; Free-range/pasture raised beef, lamb and chicken. Our meat will be Wet-aged or Dry-aged (this process enhances the beef flavor and tenderness) depending on the grades of meat. Other meat products will be Game (when available), Free-range biltong, dry-wors and sticks. Farm fresh vegetables, fruit, free-range/pasture raised eggs and Deli products. We will include a delivery system and will have weekly specials. This is part of our initiative to help all farmers doing what they do best!!!
