🥭✨ No baking required! These Mango Coconut Bars are naturally sweet, chewy, and perfect for lunchboxes or afternoon snacks.
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup soft dates
• 1½ cups Lifestyle Food Dried Mango, chopped
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• ½ cup macadamias
• 1 cup quick oats
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
Blend all ingredients until a sticky mixture forms. Press into a lined tray, freeze until firm, slice into bars, and enjoy.
Simple ingredients, big tropical flavour. 🌴☀️
