🥭✨ No baking required! These Mango Coconut Bars are naturally sweet, chewy, and perfect for lunchboxes or afternoon snacks.

Ingredients:
• ¾ cup soft dates
• 1½ cups Lifestyle Food Dried Mango, chopped
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• ½ cup macadamias
• 1 cup quick oats
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Blend all ingredients until a sticky mixture forms. Press into a lined tray, freeze until firm, slice into bars, and enjoy.

Simple ingredients, big tropical flavour. 🌴☀️

🍏✨ Sweet, crunchy, creamy, and packed with flavour! This Cinnamon Snicker Apple Date Salad is the perfect wholesome treat when you're craving something indulgent without the fuss.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups sliced apples
• ½ cup sliced dates
• ½ cup roasted pecans
• 1 cup full-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt
• ½ tsp Lifestyle Food Cinnamon
• 1–2 tbsp honey

Method:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well, and serve immediately.

The easiest no-bake snack you’ll keep making 🥜✨

Ingredients
Oats
Coconut
Peanuts
Raisins
Peanut butter
Coconut oil/milk
Honey
Baking soda
Salt

How to make it
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until a sticky dough forms.
If too dry, add a splash more liquid; if too wet, add more oats.
Roll into evenly sized balls using your hands.
Place in the fridge or freezer for a short time until firm.

Dessert for breakfast energy 🍓🍫

Ingredients
Oats
Raspberries
Peanut butter
Chocolate chips
Protein powder
Milk
Vanilla
Salt

How to make it
Add oats, protein powder, vanilla, salt, and milk into a baking dish and mix until combined.
Fold through raspberries gently.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and add spoonfuls of peanut butter.
Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes until set but still soft in the centre.
Serve warm and enjoy 😍
