Has everyone heard of the Food Club Hub. Montagu Local is a host of the Montagu Food Club. We take mid monthly orders and market day happens on the last Friday of the month. Nearly all our products come directly from the farmers and all products are either regenerative, organic, or sustainably grown. Not only do we have food products (meat, chicken, eggs, bread, veggies, cheese, charcuterie and pantry items) but we also have cleaning products and more. The concept is that we buy together meaning meeting minimum order quantity, not having to purchase through large franchisees/retailers, product directly from farmers, fresher items and a large portion of the payment going to the supplier. So everyone benefits here.
