OFFICIAL NOTICE OF FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION

Brand Chemical Supplies (Pty) Ltd hereby issues this formal notice to advise all clients, suppliers, financial institutions, logistics providers, regulatory authorities, and members of the public that our company does not sell mercury and has never sold mercury. Furthermore, Brand Chemical Supplies (Pty) Ltd has never received payment for mercury or any transaction relating to the sale of mercury.
It has come to our attention that certain individuals or entities may be falsely representing themselves as Brand Chemical Supplies (Pty) Ltd in connection with the purported sale and distribution of mercury. We wish to state unequivocally that any such representations are fraudulent and unauthorised.
Brand Chemical Supplies (Pty) Ltd further confirms that we do not utilise Core Capital Logistics, nor any other logistics company, for the shipment or transportation of our products. Our delivery services are limited to the Mossel Bay area.
The following contact details and address have been identified as being used by parties falsely claiming to represent Brand Chemical Supplies (Pty) Ltd. These details are not associated with our company in any manner:
