Feeling energetic and wanting to make your own noodles here are some easy recipes to follow or life too busy then pop in store for the ready made ones🤗

Three Types of Asian Noodles

Jelly Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) mung bean starch or pea starch
- 1 cup (240ml) water (for mixing)
- 5 cups (1.2L) water (for boiling)

Rice Noodles
Ingredients:
* 1 cup (120g) rice flour
* 1/3 cup (40g) tapioca starch
* A pinch of salt
* 1⅓ cup (315g) water
* Oil for brushing

Udon Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup boiling water (111 g)
- 2 tsp salt (10 g)
- 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour (190 g)
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch (30 g)
