CAESAR !! Thank you Mr Cardini. And thanks to your boet Julius for making the anchovy-added version down the line.

Cos leaves, parmesan, croutons, Leopard Caesar-esque dressing (no lime, no coddled egg, no Worcestershire); the simplest salad there is. And one of the only places where black pepper should be allowed. According to Julius and all at The Leopard, add whole anchovy fillets.
