Delicious pickle fish made using Eastern Delights Spices' Pickle Fish Masala and Pickle Mix.

Ingredients:
200ml brown vinegar
200ml sugar
100ml onions
3-4 large onions
Pickle Fish Masala
Pickle Fish Mix.

Method:
Peel and slice onion thinly.
Add all of the above in a deep sauce pan and stir and cook for 5 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
Clean and cut fish - preferably firm fish spiced with salt, vinegar, seafood masala.
Add 125ml oil to pan and fry fish
Layer the fish and onions in dish.
Let it rest for 2 days and ENJOY
