My name is Nessie and I wanted to start this blog for my beloved children. My parents are in their eighties and are amazing cooks. So I want to share theirs and my recipes and tips and ideas and pass these on to my children. I must point out that most of the recipes I will blog belong to others- my parents, other members of my family, recipe books, TV cooking channels etc. I can however assure you

that I have tried and tested all the recipes I will blog. So my dear children I will save you time and energy and money by blogging only those recipes that are stunning to look at, easy to make, time saving, and most importantly delicious to eat. I hope you will enjoy my blog and send me your comments and ideas. If you would like me to try out a recipe for you I will gladly do so.
