My mental health journey: Lessons learned.
I'm sharing my mental health journey with the hope that it might help others feel less alone. From hospitalization to healing, I've learned valuable lessons.
Lessons Learned
1. Less overthinking: I've realized that overthinking can be detrimental to my mental health. Practicing mindfulness and being present in the moment has helped me.
2. Accepting what I can't change: Letting go of things beyond my control has reduced stress and anxiety.
3. Multi-tasking limitations: Focusing on one task at a time has improved my productivity and reduced feelings of overwhelm.
4. Gratitude: Practicing gratitude daily has shifted my perspective and helped me appreciate the good things in life.
