We are proud to welcome Ayanda Hleko, Managing Director of Milani Farming (Pty) Ltd and AFASA Free State Youth Chairperson, as a featured speaker at AGRI-INNOVATE UNITE 2026.

Based in Welkom, Free State, Ayanda leads a diversified farming operation spanning 297 hectares, producing sunflower, soya, cattle, and vegetables. His work reflects the future of South African agriculture—where innovation, sustainability, and youth leadership drive meaningful change.

In addition to his role as Chairperson of AFASA Youth Free State, Ayanda serves on the AFASA National Technical Team and Planning Committee.

He also holds a qualification in Information Technology with a specialization in Cyber Security, bringing a unique blend of agricultural expertise and digital insight to the sector.
At AGRI-INNOVATE UNITE 2026, Ayanda will share his perspectives on empowering young farmers, integrating technology into agriculture, and building resilient farming enterprises.
