Ever wanted to try Step but felt unsure where to start?
Our new Intro to Step class is here to help you learn the basics in a fun, supportive space. Step is a cardio workout that uses a raised platform to combine simple movements, rhythm and coordination, helping you improve your fitness, balance, stamina and confidence.
This class is perfect if you’re new to Step, feel like you have two left feet, or want to build a solid foundation before joining our regular Step classes.
No experience needed. Just bring your energy, your water bottle and a willingness to try something new 💪
