We had our first grown up party this weekend!
Lots of fun was had by all.
On the menu was braaied steak with Traditional South African pap and sauce and two salads which also catered for the vegetarian guests.
A roasted beetroot and carrot with an orange honey glaze dressing and a Moroccan chickpea salad.

We were honored to be guests at the RASA awards on Tuesday evening. The RASA AWARDS “are given annually in recognition of the highest levels of service excellence & overall contribution to the upliftment of the restaurant industry ".

It's been a busy week.
Blessed and grateful.
We catered a Christmas party Build- a- pita event and a Bridal shower.
Made Fruitcakes and Chilli sauce for orders.
Did some baking.
And forgot to take photos..
