Just wanted to let you know that Karlé had a nasty fall at netball on Saturday and ended up with surgery yesterday. 😢

I'll be spending the next few days looking after her, so I won't be available to answer calls or responding to any messages until Monday. 💝

I decided to take my watch off to slow time… but jitte, when i check when last did i post something, i couldn’t believe it’s already 3weeks ago…

what i realised the last 3week is, appreciate the things you have, it can literally be gone in a eye wink, be there to help others, it’s not always about money, even it’s sometimes to give a pair shoes away, stop moaning about stuff, if you can’t change it, except it, moaning isn’t going to help. Be nice, you don’t need a reason, just be nice. And live your life the best, every day… do your bucket list, and keep believing in your dreams.

New to the nest - Happy Feets. After all the request i decided to get them, now in the freezer.

Our Sourdough bread quality is absolutely outstanding, i start with a order of 8 in the beginning… and i order now weekly 30 breads and it sold out as soon as it gets in. This isn’t just a “normal” sourdough bread - this is magnificent.!!!! Next week we will have a new “whole wheat” sourdough bread available. If you want to make sure you get one - place your order. Since my kids eat this bread allllll the gut issues of being bloated is gone. 👌🏼

The pomegranates that is in the fridge is super sweet and delicious, don’t leave without taking one of 6. Buy 5 for R75. 🎉

I am grateful for our workers, i appreciate them so much for helping us, they are part of The Country Chic Team. And days when it’s cold to spoil them with a propper cappuccino and hot chocolate.

I am super proud and blessed with the ladies in the nest. It’s such a privilege to have this doors open for them, a stepping stone for there future. Zete and Zoë, if you were my daughters i will really be really very proud of you. Thanks for your beautiful attitude, hard working, always smiling and willing, thanks for your beautiful hearts. 💕 🙌🏽

From all the things that have happened in my life… i truly can never ever doubt in God’s promises to always provide. Even in the most difficult situations, all i need to do, was leave it in His hands and trust.
And yes, it is not always easy, and it’s even more difficult if you are a person who try to make everything work… but i learned so so much… and again where i didn’t see an outcome, He provided with even better than i had. 🥹

I am so so proud of Zete, she did get the tick ✔️ of being a barista.! Having Noel here to trained her was the best thing to do. She is making coffee with so much passion and love, it tastes even better than before.! And ask her to bake you a pancake - next level.!!! 👌🏼

A HUGE MASSIVE THANKS for each and everyone who sent me a message, call me, and even do the effort to drive so so far to come and visit me after the Landbouweekliks VIA TV show. I appreciate it massive, and means so much to me. It was such a huge blessing and opportunity to be on TV and tell my story and share my passion with you.
