Good day, wonderful Valley People!
Rumours have been going around, and rightfully so. Long story short, we are in the process of moving to a new premises. Our current space has been wonderful, but we have limitations in our production capabilities and we have made the decision to make the call now so we can restart this thing properly and align ourselves with the bureaucratic rules of food production :) If you want to find out more, come visit us once we're up and running and hear about the bumpy road we've taken to be where we're going to be.
Keep your eyes peeled for more updates to come as it might happen VERY quickly. We simply need to dot the i's and cross the t's then we are back in business.
What this means is also the following: We will be changing our focus slightly from fully fledged butchery to more of a focussed meat den. We will be producing sausages, biltong, droewors, sosaties and patties along with some other specialised products.
Please bear with us as we're trying to make this a smooth transition and partner with some of the legends of the valley. We'll be back soon.
