The Good Health Shop – helping you to attain maximum health benefits the natural way. We live in a polluted and stressful environment, where food is mass produced and health problems abound. It is nigh impossible to keep our bodies in optimum balance without assistance from supplementation and organically produced foodstuffs. The Good Health Shop was launched in St Michaels on the KZN Lower South

Coast in February 2008 to address the alternative health requirements of local residents and visitors to the coast. Founder Michelle Kaminer has 36 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, and has over the years amassed a wealth of information on finding ways to help you to help yourself with respect to maximised health, with minimised frustration. Leveraging both her work-based experience and her personal road of finding solutions to the numerous food and chemical intolerances suffered by her son, Michelle has developed the leading health and wellbeing outlet on the south Coast. Stocking at least 60 different market-leading brands, The Good Health Shop is not just a sales outlet. Michelle and her co-workers pride themselves on helping to assess each customer’s individual needs and finding solutions that work! The team includes a naturopath & iridoligist, a Functional Medicine trained Health Coach, a Bach Flower remedy consultant, a doTerra Wellness advocate and a Sclerologist. In addition to a large offering of vitamins, minerals, homeopathic products, as well hair care and skincare products, customers can choose from a variety of customised foodstuffs including gluten-free, sugar-free, soya-free, egg-free and Banting products.
