Some Heroes wear capes,other heroes bee-veils.Our 3 HEROES went above and beyond what was expected. Patrick,Max and Richard are our Heroes of 2026.They moved our hives out of the way of the devastating fire on a farm outside of Stanford. They realised that the farmer and house is still in trouble. They quickly went back with 2 bakkie firefighters as they were the farmer's only option to help save his house and sheds. They managed with flying colours.
We lost sites to keep bees,we lost some bee hives but we saw how a community stood together and helped each other in times of need and all were kept safe by the angels to tell the story.
