🥙 Lamb Koftas with Yoghurt Dressing

Prep: 15 Minutes
Cook: 15 Minutes

Mix lamb mince, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs with cumin, paprika, cinnamon, and cayenne.
Shape into koftas and grill till golden. 🥩✨
Whisk Greek yoghurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, lemon, salt & pepper for a creamy, zesty sauce. 🍋🌿

Serve hot koftas with a drizzle of yoghurt dressing. Perfect bite! 😋🔥
