The Paleo Kitchen SA Every week The Paleo Kitchen will create a meal plan and deliver the ingredients needed in order to follow the plan correctly.

No more searching for recipes and exotic ingredients, no more having to convert lbs into grams, no more adding all your meals together to create a shopping list, also no more wondering is this really Paleo. The Paleo Kitchen does that all for you, this now gives you more time to work on your squatting technique. What we provide:
· All organic veggies, eggs, fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butters,

cooking oils, spices and flours for the week.
· Weekly meal plan.
· Detailed instructions and recipes for all meals and snacks.
· All pre made sauces for each meal where applicable.
· Protein shopping list (due to the fact that we pride ourselves on fresh produce, we do not deliver meat, fish & poultry. A shopping list will be supplied. CrossFit Boxes that have fridges,may put in special requests to have protein added to their delivery.) The Paleo Kitchen weekly food delivery packages are:

1 person week to week R699 per week
1 person monthly subscription R649 per week
2 person Household week to week R1199 per couple per week
2 person Household monthly subscription R1099 per couple per week
