I have sold my venue, Lucit Restaurant and Theatre.
During Covid I have developed Gideon's Gourmet Meals, but have decided not to continue with the venture and rather sell the concept, recipes, implements and e-commerce website. I will also give training in preparing the meals.
This is an ideal opportunity for a young chef that wants to enter a niche market that is in great demand.

I have designed 30 Keto and vegan meals for the health industry and people who are interested in healthy food. The meals are sugar, gluten and egg free and ideal for people with diabetes, gluten intolerance, weight problems, etc. The target market is doctors, dietitians, gym kiosks, personal trainers and health shops.
I have perfected the High Pressure Processing Preserving from building a machine that seals the tray to a fridge in which the food is transported. This process keeps the food fresh in a fridge for two weeks and more.
I had professional photographs taken and designed labels and packaging.

Thank you for the overwhelming response to my new venture. Thank you also for the positive feedback regarding the tastes and prices of these meals and the time it saves. On average it takes 4 hours to cook a proper oxtail and takes a lot of skill to make the red wine infused oxtail sauce. You can open it and enjoy it after heating it for 5 to 10 minutes.
