JUST MADE THIS....AND WOW!!
π₯’ Homemade Sushi Bowl (Easy Farmhouse Style)
All the sushi vibes, made easy at home!
π±Ingredients:
1 cup cooled sushi rice or jasmine rice
Β½ cucumber, diced
1 avocado, cubed
(No ripe avo? Grab a Avocado Pocket from the freezer!) π₯
2β3 crab sticks, sliced
Smoked trout or smoked salmon
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Pickled ginger
Soy sauce to taste
π©βπ³Method:
Add cooled rice to your bowl.
Top with cucumber, avocado, crab sticks and a dollop of mayo.
Add smoked trout or salmon.
Finish with pickled ginger and a drizzle of soy sauce.
Mix together and enjoy!
