MAITE RISE, NCHANGA FALL… AND FOOTBALL REMAINS UNPREDICTABLE
This league… this league doesn’t respect feelings
One minute you are flying… next minute you are counting losses like airtime bundles.
MAITE DO THE JOB – ZANACO SENT BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD
Mufulira Wanderers 2-0 ZANACO
Quietly, without too much noise, Mufulira Wanderers have climbed into third place… and now people are starting to look at them properly.
This was not luck.
This was control.
ZANACO came with structure, but Wanderers said:
“Guys, today this is Shinde Stadium, not a que in the Bank where phones are not allowed , with thr common respinse whispering , am in the Bank”
Two goals, clean sheet, and three big points.
Right now, Maite are moving like that quiet student who doesn’t talk in class… but finishes top
NCHANGA RANGERS – FOUR LOSSES, FOUR PROBLEMS
Nchanga Rangers 1-2 Kansanshi Dynamos
If there is a team that needs answers right now…
it is Nchanga Rangers.
Four straight losses.
Yes… FOUR.
And this one at home hurts even more.
Kansanshi Dynamos came in like tenants who forgot to pay rent…but ended up taking the whole house
Confidence is gone.
Rhythm is gone.
Even luck has packed and left.
This is no longer a small dip in form…this is a full crisis.
Because in football, one loss is a bad day…
two losses is pressure…
four losses?
That is a meeting with management waiting to happen.
KANSANSHI – SURVIVAL WITH COURAGE
Give credit where it’s due.
Kansanshi didn’t come to defend…they came to fight for their lives. Those are the most dangerous teams at this stage of the season.
They looked organized, hungry, and most importantly…they believed.
That away win? Massive.
OTHER RESULTS (QUICK ONE BEFORE PEOPLE ASK
Red Arrows 3-1 Kabwe Warriors
with drama included… red card and all
Green Eagles 1-1 Konkola Blades
share the spoils like good neighbours
ZESCO United 0-0 FC MUZA
High Court Warriors tried… but no judgement delivered today
FINAL THOUGHT
Mufulira Wanderers are rising.
Nchanga Rangers are falling.
And Kansanshi are refusing to go quietly.
As we say in Chewa:
“Ukagwa, osagona pansi.”
When you fall, don’t stay down.
Right now…Maite have stood up. Kansanshi are fighting.
Nchanga?
Still on the ground… thinking about life!!!
