Setting Blue Moon apart, their staff knows the (coffee) bean from tree to cup. Blue Moon is contributing to the growth of this industry in Zambia, working in close collaboration with the Zambia Coffee Growers’ Association to raise

awareness about quality coffee within Zambia as well as in the region. Blue Moon offers piping hot filter coffee as well as an array of specialty coffee drinks brewed on demand. Blue Moon's specialties include American-style deli sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies and ice cream treats, and don’t forget our signature bagel breakfast sandwiches. Blue Moon uses only the freshest and healthiest breads, cheeses, meats, and vegetables, promoting local Zambian suppliers. In addition, Blue Moon customers can feel good about giving back while eating out—Blue Moon has partnered with the single mothers of the Chikumbuso Women and Orphan's Project to staff its operation.
