Stop eating too much sugar. Sugar is slowly destroying you, and it's only a matter of time before it starts manifesting.
I know you've heard "stop eating excess sugar" before, but some of you have now reached the point where you no longer appreciate the natural taste of food because sugar has numbed your taste buds.
Things now taste sour, metallic, bitter, or bland if they don't have "enough" sugar.
You are setting yourself up for diabetes, obesity, heart attack, stroke, cancers, and all.
Replacing one type of sugar with another is not the answer. Sugar is sugar, whether white sugar or brown sugar.
Heal yourself beginning from now. All those sugary things like soda, candies, etc, that you think you can't do without, part ways with them now before it's too late.
You can do it.
